Black History is American History. Yet, since 2021, conservative lawmakers have introduced legislation to erase the contributions, resilience, and histories of African Americans - leading to a ripple effect of how race is taught in the United States, and Black students seeing themselves reflected in the fiber of this county in 44 states.

Despite the attempted reversal of social consciousness of Critical Race Theory - the theory of addressing racism across legal systems, institutions, and policies, Americans are actively seeking this knowledge to shift our country forward.
